Authentication cookies may be used to keep customers signed in and connected to the correct workspace.
Marketing pixels, retargeting, and ad tracking are not used before separate approval.
6.2 Analytics
Basic analytics may be used to improve public page loading, intake starts, interface friction, and errors.
Analytics does not include raw prompts, secrets, payment private data, or raw provider traces.
6.3 AI disclosure
Screens where customers could misunderstand that they are talking to a person, AI-generated outputs, and automated review results must include appropriate AI disclosure and human-review guidance.
6.4 Economic interest
Economic interest is displayed next to the relevant offer, review, recommendation, social post, landing-page claim, or outreach copy.
Examples that must be disclosed:
- Discount
- Free Core/Pro/Power access
- affiliate payment
- influencer compensation
- revenue share
- equity interest
- other material benefit
A user who received a benefit is not presented as an independent unpaid customer.
6.5 Policy changes
If pricing, usage, refunds, or policies materially change, DEKREL should notify customers before the next renewal when possible.
However, urgent reasons such as security, abuse, legal obligation, provider risk, service stability, and cost spikes may require earlier application.
