Product planning, launch, and maintenance

Start at any stage—with an idea, a product plan, a prototype, or existing code.

You don’t need to know how to set things up

DEKREL handles the entire initial setup, including assigning specific AI models.

Design, launch, and refine apps and web products

As we talk through the project, we set its direction and develop the product plan and design needed for launch.

We also review and strengthen areas that carry significant launch risk, such as payments, security, operations, and deployment.

We create product plans and designs from scratch, or carefully refine existing plans and designs where needed.

We design a custom AI organization for each project

DEKREL’s AI team architect designs each project’s AI organization, including the departments and agents it needs.

We set top-level and department-specific rules designed to keep each agent working through its assigned task to completion.

We also design each agent’s responsibilities, validation criteria, prompts, and skills.

For each role, we choose a model family—GPT, Claude, or Gemini—and then select the specific model.

We build iterative cross-review and rework into each agent’s work cycle and the system that coordinates them, so agents check one another’s output and improve it when needed.

We also control what information each agent can access and what actions it can take, and set limits on token usage and costs.

Deployment and launch

We connect sign-in systems, databases, payments, and third-party services, then make the product available to users.

The scope of launch support varies by pricing plan.

Reviews and approvals by payment gateway providers, Merchant of Record (MoR) providers, and other external providers follow each provider’s own criteria.

DEKREL prepares the service and handles the technical integration required for those reviews.

Post-launch maintenance, new features, and improvements

We address bugs and security issues, add or improve features based on user feedback, test the changes, and redeploy the product.
